High rigidity
This tough construction is capable of withstanding high frequency starting and stopping.
High accuracy
This series features the low backlash required for accurate positioning.
Low noise
Quiet design is made possible by smooth torque transmission.
High strength
The internal gear is manufactured of steel and features a strong integrated design with the housing. The output shaft attachment flange is manufactured of tough cast-iron, offering high rigidity.
Precise
The planetary and sun gears undergo grinding after carburizing and quenching. Internal gears undergo highly precise broaching. Noise is 60 dB or less and backlash is 15 minutes.
*Backlash is a value measured at 2% of the rated torque.
Space saving
The corner flange saves space for attachment.

Single speed - 5 varieties, double speed - 6 varieties
Easy motor installation
The servomotor can be easily installed with bolts and after the shaft has been pressed-in, it is tightened down by bolts.
